For the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre’s production of Great Expectations, I created a digital poster design that combined photo manipulation, illustration, and atmospheric composition to reflect the tone and setting of the story. Using layered silhouettes, vintage textures, and lighting effects, I developed a visual concept inspired by 19th-century portraiture and the contrasting environments within the narrative. The piece was built through advanced Photoshop techniques—including masking, blending, colour grading, and texture integration—to create a cohesive and dramatic promotional image. The final design delivered a contemporary yet historically grounded visual identity that supported the theatre’s marketing and promotional materials.
